About Me
I live in a small rural town Heathfield .......in the beautiful countryside of East Sussex in the United Kingdom. My work is inspired by the countryside around me and the sea.
Hastings was my home town from birth, a seaside town in East Sussex. I live not far from other seaside towns and cities such as Eastbourne and Brighton.
As a change of career I worked as a draughtswomen for five years and in an architectural office for two years and have CAD training in 3D. These skills have helped me use the technical programmes needed to make my products.
Over the past few years I have taken courses in the art of Metal Clay with Learn silver clay on line and the silver clay school alongside classes in Metalsmithing. I learnt about making beautiful Jewellery with Metal Clay.
I am enthusiastic about animals, nature, travelling and cultures. I aim to capture their essence in my work Textures & Jewellery.

TEXTURE MATS WITH PRECISION
I create texture mats using a precise laser that passes light through a beam after I've designed the texture, so innovative!
The laser burns, and engraves the material, leaving a unique design. It took me months to perfect the techniques for my machine as there are very specific and unique parameters needed to achieve the perfect texture mat.
I am constantly amazed by the endless possibilities that can be achieved with the right textures, each design telling a unique story.
A LITTLE BIT OF SILVER MAGIC FIRED IN A KILN!
I like to make silver Jewellery to sell on my website & craft fairs, I fire the finished product in a kiln using a product called metal Clay.
The metal clay I utilise is Art Clay Silver 999 fine silver, and Art Clay Silver 950 sterling.
These are the premier brand names for the esteemed metal clay which is sourced from Japan, crafted from recycled silver materials, thus embodying sustainability. I have used my texture mats in the examples below

What do my customers like about my products?
They love the different designs I create, I listen to what they want me to design and can create something that can be used in their designs. If I can create I will, custom designs can be made for the individual who does not want to share their design.
The designs always come out perfectly, my fine detail textures will leave a complex and intricate design in the clay.
