Mostly made to order items are shipped 3-5 days. Please allow time to make your order and the time frame for shipping.
Certain times of the year during personal holidays or promotions this will take longer and I will advise when the item can be shipped to you.
Custom orders will take longer and I will advise of the time frame for your personal order to be completed and sent out to you.

Apart from minimal orders I pay half of the custom tariff 10% in total, You pay 5% and I pay 5%. All shipping includes P&P and taxes so you will have nothing extra to pay your end.
If your order is over £100 it would need to be a custom order to work out your 5% tariff charge, the top end of postal charge should remain the same at £20.05 as this covers up to 250g and £250.
