Ways to earn points

• Join the programme: Get 100 points when you create your store account.
• Place an order: Earn 5 points for every £1 you spend.
• Birthday reward: Get 200 points when you add your birthday at least 30 days in advance.
• Share on Facebook: Earn 25 points when you share Fire Fusion by Lou on Facebook.

Redeem your points

Redeem 100 points for £1 off your order. There is no minimum order value for points redemption, but you must be signed in to your customer account.

Refer a friend

Your friend gets £5 off their first qualifying order of £35 or more, and you receive £5 off a qualifying order of £35 or more when the referral is successful.

Each referral reward is for one qualifying order. Referral discounts can’t be combined with product discounts.
